This charming building who externally maintains the characteristic structure of a tuscan farmhouse including “mandolato” wall and brick wall, was one of the farmer house and the hayloft of the estate.
Adjacent to the main villa “Villa Iolanda” it has been carefully renovated into three apartments each one of them with separate entrances leading outside in the old farmyard paved with tuscan tiles, encircled by geranium plants and shared between the apartments.

FORTUNA 1 is the farmer house and is suitable for 6 people. The house, on two floors, has typical wooden- beamed ceilings, tiles floor and stone staircase. At the ground floor entrance/sitting room with comfortable sofa, antiques furniture,satellite Tv, the spacious kitchen with the original fireplace is well equipped with a nice marble countertop and marble table. At the first floor three bedrooms – one double and two twin bedded, a small bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath tube.

FIORI is a cosy apartment, very easy to live, all at the ground floor, no stairs. It is suitable for 4 people and particularly for families with little kids or with disable person. The wide French door open into the old farmyard and besides the house you may relax in a small garden for your exclusive use. The apartment consist of an entrance/living/dining room with satellite Tv and a well equipped kitchen corner with marble countertop, a big double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a big bathroom with shower, specially conceived for disable people. Outside garden furniture within few meters from the shared swimming pool. This apartment has an independent central heating and can be rent all year round.

FIENILE is a two floor apartment suitable for 8 people. All restored in 2002 the hayloft of the farm was included so in two bedrooms you will find “mandolato” windows. At the ground floor entrance- living room with fire place and comfortable sofa and harm chairs, well equipped kitchen, with marble countertop/dining room. The open staircase brings you at the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms, one double and three twin bedded, each one with it’s en suite bathroom – the master bedroom with bath tube , the others with shower.
