This ancient farmhouse, who dates back to the nineteenth century, has simple lines and is composed of hand-made brick, timber beamed ceiling and terracotta floors. Out side the original farmyard made of “cotto” used by the farmer to spread out cereals, olives or grapes to dry on the open air.
The ground floor used to house animals and wine cellar has been carefully restored, maintaining the old charm of the farmhouse but with modern comfort, in two charming and cozy small apartments, while at the first floor there is only one apartment.
All the apartments have an independent entrance, independent central heating.
Outside there is a shared garden.
In a part of the farmhouse still lives a farmer who works for the estate

PULEDRA 1: This apartment, located in the south side of the farmhouse at the ground floor, is suitable for 2/3 people. There are two entrance doors one in the south side leading in an entrance with a bed settee and one in the back side of the house leading in the kitchen/ dining room. One double bedroom. One bathroom with bath tube. The kitchen with it’s original fireplace is well furnished with marble counter top.
The country style furniture is charming and carefully selected.

PULEDRA 2: This is a very charming apartment suitable for two people. At the ground floor of the farmhouse is located in the north side. There is a living- dining room with a furnished kitchen corner, a bathroom with bath tube and a cosy bedroom with a double bed.

PULEDRA 3 : At the first floor of the farm house, the apartment is suitable for 4/5 people. At the ground floor entrance, original internal stone staircase. At the first floor living- dining room with well equipped kitchen with marble countertop, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, the two bathrooms – one complete with bath tube and a cloakroom, lead in a room where there is an extra bed.
