Villa padronale "Villa Iolanda"

The construction, dated back to the beginning of the 19th century, has the typical structure of an Italian mansion with high decorated ceilings with frescos and “cotto” tiles floors.
The fenced garden, furnished with chairs and table and for exclusive use, has secret corners with statues and stone tables where you can enjoy and feel a particular ambience.
The two exterior staircases, one in front and the other in the back of the house, lead to a large terrace with a breathtaking view over the cypress lined path and bring you inside of a large bright “salone”, with a beautiful decorated ceiling, the heart of the house where all the rooms open on.

Villa Iolanda (8 people)

Since 150 years Villa Iolanda is the summer home of the owner's family. A genuine time forgotten atmosphere reigns as guests are immersed in the past time. It's a typical tuscan construction with, in both side of the villa facing north and south, two flight stairs lead in a "salone" which goes from one side to the other of the house. This big large hall has ceiling frescoes, antique furnitures builted expressively for the villa and never removed and a big dining table suitable for 16 guests, all the other rooms open on it. At the same floor there are two living rooms, one with a convertible sofa bed, a master bedroom, a twin bedded bedroom, two bathroom close to the bedrooms, a small breakfast room with a front door leading in the back garden of the house and a well equipped kitchen still with the original marble sink, a fire place, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, five burns gas stove, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking and setting the table for 14 people. An original stone staircase leads to a hall at the first floor were there are four bedrooms - two master bedroom with en suite bathroo, two twin bedded bedroom, two bathroom and a living room with conforteble sofa and a big dining table. Also at this floor you will find those antique rustic furniture so typical in Tuscany.
Villa Iolanda has been renewed in a way that you can rent separately the two floors: at the main level the apartment is suitable for 4/6 people, while the first floor, made completely independant closing a door and with a private entrance from the back of the construction, is suitable for 8 people.a well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, four burns gas stove, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking and setting the table for 8 people. If the two floors of the Villa are rented separately, the main floor will have all the garden for their exclusive use, while the first floor will have a small garden.
The big windows all with screen nets all with a breathtaking view over the country side and the big rooms with hight painted ceilings with the original "cotto" tiles of the floor make this home really unique and also if the building is semi independant having one side of the house attached to another building still of the same owners, you will apprecaite the tranquillity and the privacy of this estate, the bushes fenced garden will keep you secluded and a Jacuzzi hot tube in the garden is for your exclusive use while you have your reserved sapce around the shared pool with umbrellas, chairs and sun beds around.In the garden evergreen trees, flowes and table and chairs for eating "al fresco".
In the back of the house a parking for your exclusive use. Satellite Tv. Internet WiFi. Coin washing machine in the laundry room shared with other guests.
