This ancient farmhouse, who dates back to the nineteenth century, has simple lines and is composed of hand-made brick, timber beamed ceiling and terracotta tiles floors. Outside the original farmyard made of “cotto” used by the farmer to spread out cereals, olives or grapes to dry on the open air.
The ground floor used to house animals and wine cellar has been carefully restored, maintaining the old charm of the farmhouse but with modern comfort, in two charming and cozy small apartments, while at the first floor there is only one apartment.
All the apartments have an independent entrance, independent central heating.
Outside there is a shared garden.
In a part of the farmhouse still lives a farmer who works for the estate

Puledra 1 (2/3 people)

This charming and sunny apartment, located in the south side of the farmhouse at the ground floor, is suitable for 2/3 people. There are two entrance doors one in the south side leading in an entrance with a bed settee and one in the back side of the house leading in the kitchen/ dining room. One double bedroom. One bathroom with bath tube. The kitchen with it’s original fireplace is well furnished with marble counter top, with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking and setting the dining table for 3 people, The furniture is careful with antiques and tipycal tuscan
The front entrance door leads to the old farmyard, still with the original "cotto" tiles where the farmer were use to dry the corm and the olives, all around lemon trees and geraniums. in this space, shared with the home Puledra 3, you have your own garden furniture with umbrella, table and chairs. The shared swimming pool,the laundry with a coin washing machine, the BBQ area and the playing ground with a ping pong and a table football are close to the home.
