Villa Pieve

Pieve is a lovely sunny independent country villa, located inside of the Azienda Agricola Piano di Casciana, that has been inside fully restored in 2004 and offers all the modern comforts.

This home is suitable for 10 people, perfect also for two families or large group. The old charm of the country villa has been maintained, the atmosphere is warm and cosy.
The garden, 3000 sq.m. all fenced and all around the house, with olives trees, pines and flowers, easily treat yourself to find a lovely shady corner to relax, to bask in the sun around the swimming pool for your exclusive use with deckchairs or to heat “ al fresco” under the two sections covered patio, one part wide open with chairs and table overlooking the country side, one part partially closed with BBQ and a big eating table.
At the ground floor main entrance hall, living room, another small living room with fireplace, spacious fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dining area for 10 people, opened onto the patio for dining “al fresco”.
At the first floor two master bedrooms: one with private terrace, one with “mandolato” walls and beaned ceiling, three bedrooms with two beds. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, with bath tube or shower, and closet.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, five burners gas stove, electrical oven, microwave, frigo/freezer, coffee machine, iron board, iron, satellite TV, cot and high chair on request.
