Villa Giorgetti, still part of the Azienda Agricola Piano di Casciana, is a mansion dated end 18th, century. It’s a complex with family chapel and farmer house and it sits in a sunny, lovely, peaceful place with a beautiful view overlooking the “colline Lucchesi”.
Five minutes from the center of the estate where guests can avail themselves of all the facilities included the swimming pool.
The garden completely fenced, is surrounded by spacious lawns and is for exclusive use of the guests.
The villa, 17 large rooms, 550 sq. m. structure, has been divided in three self contained apartments fully independent with no connection inside, two at the first floor and a big one at the second floor, all of them with separate, private entrance.
VILLA GIORGETTI would be perfect for a large family or a party of friend who would like to spend an holiday together but being independent.
Inside the villa nice high wooden beamed ceilings and original “cotto” tiled floor. The antique furniture create an elegant country and rustic style atmosphere where you feel at easy immediately.

This large home, at the second floor of the villa, boats a wonderful view of the country surrounding and the Lucca area. Suitable for 8 people, is perfect also for 2 families or large group. At the ground floor entrance, the internal original stone staircase leads to the spacious living/dining room,a large well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking and setting the dining table for 8 people, four bedrooms – one with double bed and three twin beddeds, two bathrooms – one with shower and one with bath tube.The furniture is careful with antiques and tipycal tuscan. In the fenced garden shared with the two other apartments located in the villa, there is a BBQ and you have a side of the garden at your excluive use with umbrella, table and chairs. TV. Internet WiFi. All the windows have screen nets. The apartment is very sunny and airy. With a walking distance of five minutes you reach the center of the Azienda Agricola with the shared swimming pool where you have at your disposal your own umbrellas, chairs and sun beds.
